Randy Dickow

President and CEO

Randy Dickow, a Detroit native, grew up within a family of entrepreneurs. His father owned and operated numerous businesses, including one of the largest supermarkets in Detroit during the 1980’s and 90’s. Randy has been brought up working in the food industry. He has 15 years of hands on experience working at both gourmet markets and traditional supermarkets. After graduating from Oakland University with honors in 2003, Randy continued to build his general management skills within different industries. As he continued to gain more experience he decided to take his passion for food to the next level by purchasing his own restaurant. After meticulously researching the market for the right combination of location, demographic, product, and branding, Randy purchased a gourmet deli, Lunchtime Global (“LG”) in 2009. Randy immediately made food quality and freshness a top priority after purchasing LG. Meats, cheeses and produce are all cut and prepared on a daily basis to ensure freshness. As a result of the aforementioned, in addition to a variety of process and organizational improvements, Randy has been able to more than double annual sales since taking over in 2009. All of the restaurants have thrived under his leadership. Randy is the majority owner of all five restaurants and he partners with his brother Andrew.
